Consent for processing of personal data
So that you may be sent by Flux Performance d.o.o., a company with its seat at Plavje 44a, 6281 Škofije, Reg. No.:6664199000 (the “Administrator”) customized offers and send you news, it needs your consent for personaldata processing.
The administrator will also use the data to assess market interest, to contact you, if you wish to perform a test ride and to ensure your reservation for the product is kept and processed.

In accordance with the provisions of Section 5 (2) of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., the Personal Data Protection Act, as amended, and in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation)

My personal data may also be processed by other persons who in relation to the Administrator are in the position of a personal data processor and take part in customized offers and sending of news.
I hereby confirm my awareness that I am providing the specified personal data voluntarily and that I may revoke my consent at any time, and I am aware of my rights to access personal data, to ask the personal data Administrator for an explanation, to request elimination of an unlawful condition, particularly by blocking, making corrections to, adding to or liquidating personal data, and about the right to contact the Personal Data Protection Office.
